Chautari: terms of use
Last updated: 3 November 2026
These terms cover your use of Chautari, an Android app made by Aftershape in Nepal. By using the app, you agree to them.
Using the app
You may install Chautari and use it for your own enjoyment. It needs no account. Please don't copy, resell or redistribute the app, or pass it off as your own.
Who owns what
The app's name, design, artwork and original code belong to Aftershape. The open-source parts and fonts in the app belong to their authors and stay under their own licences. Traditional games such as Bagh-Chal and Ludo belong to no one, and these terms claim no rights over them.
Your privacy
The app collects nothing about you. See the privacy policy.
No warranty
The app is provided as it is, without any promise that it will work without errors or on every phone. Your scores are kept only on your phone, so they can be lost if the app or its storage is removed.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, Aftershape is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the app or from being unable to use it. Nothing here takes away rights that the law where you live does not allow to be removed.
Google Play
If you get the app from Google Play, Google's own terms also apply to your use of that store.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be published here and the date above will change with it.
